Golden Slipper placed sire Zizou has been sold to the Philippines.

Formerly based at Turangga Farm in New South Wales, the son of Fusaichi Pegasus is the most successful Australian sire sold to the Philippines.

The sale brokered by Magic Millions’ David Chester will see the stallion head to Albert Dichaves’ Magnus Farm in the Batangas Provence.

From the family of Magic Millions flagbearer Snippets, Zizou was a high class juvenile – a stakes winner at two and runner-up in both the Golden Slipper and Blue Diamond.

Zizou’s yearlings have regularly sold in excess of $100,000 each season and he has established himself as a success at stud.

With no fewer than 85 individual winners from just over 130 runners, Zizou is the sire of stakes winners Everage, Marseille Roulette, Pitstop and Zoutenant.
