General Information
The Magic Millions Racing Women supported by TAB Achievement Awards recognise the outstanding national success and achievements by women in the Australian thoroughbred industry.
January 2025 will mark the second edition of the now annual Achievement Awards with five state-based national categories. The 2025 winners will be announced at the Magic Millions Racing Women supported by TAB Achievement Awards dinner on Friday 3 January 2025 at The Star Gold Coast.

- 2025 Racing Woman of the Year: Victoria;
- 2025 Racing Woman of the Year: Tasmania & South Australia;
- 2025 Racing Woman of the Year: WA & NT.
Each Award recognises exceptional industry contribution by a female participant to their resident state or territory over the last twelve months. Female participants from any sector of the thoroughbred industry, and at any stage of their career, are eligible to be nominated.
Two finalists in each Award category will be announced in December, with the winners receiving a $10,000 Racing Women scholarship from TAB.
A key component of the assessment by the Judging Panel will be how the nominee intends to use the $10,000 scholarship from TAB to benefit their endeavours in the thoroughbred industry, if successful.
